    • Initiated an internal cycle count process leading a 2nd shift crew which assisted in finding over $50,000 worth of “lost” product that was previously written off due to misplacement within the warehouse facility. These findings allowed the business to focus on process gaps within the receiving procedures where employees were not following SOPs and provided guidance to the team to increase inventory accuracies.

    • Relocated a 15,000+ Square Foot Warehouse from Montgomeryville, PA to Charlotte, NC by negotiating transportation rates, scheduling multiple FTL transfers to/from the facilities and conquering projections of “first shipment out” expectations. This allowed for superior negotiated shipping costs, improved delivery times and allowed for a significantly reduced cost per Square Foot with nearly no B2C disruption.

    • Implemented a new Warehouse Management System (Deposco) with full integration into the core companies AS/400 Operating System to streamline and automate the Inbound/Outbound materials within the newly acquired segment of the Public Safety Supply Resources, LLC portfolio (Tafford Uniforms). Took the initiative to learn fundamentals around FoxPro database management system to assist in a smooth transition.
    • Redesigned a 50,000+ Square Foot Warehouse to optimize the Pick-Pack-Ship process in addition to implementing a Barcoding system to increase inventory accuracy and pick sequence efficiencies to allow easier access to faster moving items by introducing a Batch Picking process over the previously used Single Order Picking process.
